Associate degree or higher in teaching or healthcare in relevant field preferred. Must possess and maintain a current driver's license and if applicable, proof of automobile insurance. Formal teaching/training experience required. Training or knowledge of disease and accident prevention preferred. Computer literacy and ability to utilize a variety of relevant software and multi-media programs required. Ability to efficiently perform duties with minimal supervision and within designated deadlines. Ability to retrieve, communicate and present training and information both verbally, by computer program (Power Point) and in writing according to National Standards. Able to express and/or exchange ideas by means of the spoken and written word using the English language. Ability to use independent judgement to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload/projects. Detail oriented. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization and the public. Able to maintain confidentiality
To develop, coordinate and teach Lake Health District and Community Health Education classes.
